1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory.
- Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products purchased on clearance sale or promotional offers.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- If a refund is delayed, please contact your bank/payment provider first, then reach out to us.
4. Replacement or Exchange
- Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange or replacement.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), return shipping will be free.
- If the return is due to customer preference, the buyer must bear the return shipping cost.
